Rathod Farmhouse was completed in 2026 on a one acre plot near Nashik, with five thousand square feet under roof. It is the largest of the studio’s farmhouse projects and the most recent to finish.

The plan keeps the built form on one part of the plot so that the remaining land stays open and usable, following the same logic the studio has applied since Halfway Retreat: place the building deliberately, then leave the land alone.
